 We are able to bill most insurance plans for our services and are in network with some. Due to varying types of insurance policies, coverage, and plans, we cannot guarantee how much insurance will pay and how much you will owe.  We encourage you to call your insurance company. We have self-pay rates available and also are Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES, formerly Gardiner) providers.
